That’s why we created The Career Bridge Initiative—a 6-month paid internship program designed to give immigrant students the real-world experience they need to land jobs, while also helping small businesses and startups access skilled support without the financial burden of hiring full-time staff.

Funding is exclusively available to The Rising Phoenix Network premium members who have maintained an active membership for at least 3 months. This ensures we are supporting women who are committed to their personal and professional growth.
Once applications open, eligible members can submit an application through our online portal. Each funding program has specific criteria, so ensure you meet the requirements before applying.
Funding amounts vary based on the grant type. While business grants and education grants have fixed amounts, personal and emergency support is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
No! This is a grant-based program—you do not need to pay it back. However, we encourage all recipients to pay it forward by mentoring others in the community and sharing their success stories.
You can apply once per funding round (four times a year). If your application is unsuccessful, you are welcome to reapply in the next cycle.
For education and personal support grants, we may request basic documentation to ensure funding is going to those who need it most. Business grants require a clear business proposal outlining how the funds will be used.
You can apply for one funding category per round. If you have multiple needs (e.g., business growth and education), you may apply for a different program in the next funding cycle.
If selected, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps, including any required mentorship, bootcamps, or documentation before receiving funds.
